Invited Speakers: 15 minutes (slide presentation) + 5 minutes (question and answer)

Oral Presentations: 12 minutes (slide presentation) + 3 minutes (question and answer)

1. Kindly use the same title submitted with your abstract.

2. Provide appropriate context to ensure an international audience can follow your presentation content.

3. You must allow time for questions within your assigned time slot so please take note of presentation duration.

4. You should provide 1-2 key take home messages on the final slide.

5. The language of the conference is English.

1. We strongly recommend that slides are prepared in PowerPoint. Other software packages are acceptable as long as the presentation complies with the widescreen (16:9) format.

2. Presenters may not use their own laptops for presenting.

3. To ensure the smoothness of the presentation session, all participants are encouraged to send a soft copy of their presentation slides to enable the ICMST 2024 committee to display them on behalf of the presenter.

4. Oral presenters are required to submit their short biodata and presentations slides (either in ppt or pdf format) to the secretariat 5 days before the conference. A submission link will be given to the registered participants.

1. We advise using an A1-sized poster (594 x 841 mm).

2. Your assigned poster number will be listed in the conference program book and displayed on the poster board.

3. Presenters are required to print and bring their own posters, as no printing services will be provided by the conference secretariat.

4. Include an abstract on your poster to ensure viewers can follow it.

5. Provide appropriate context to ensure an international audience can follow your paper content.

6. At least one author must be present at the poster during the poster session to answer questions from the audience.
